Dear Sir/Madame,
We would like to invite you at the XI International Film Festival of detective films and television programs on law-enforcement themes “DetectiveFEST”, which will be held in Moscow in April 15-20th, 2009.
The International Jury and Experts will judge the films and programs produced from March 2008 – 2009.
The Festival Management will cover hotel accommodation for the nominees from April 15-20th, 2009.
A film/program should be sent to the Festival no later than March 15th, 2009. Here are the nominations.
 “Detective films, TV-series or single episode”
Categories:
1. Documentary TV-series and detective films.
2. Feature Detective TV-series.
3. Detective TV-series or a single episode with a plot counting as finished
 “FEATURE FILMS”
Categories:
1. Historical Detective films
2. Comedy Detective films
3. Military Detective films
4. Adventure Detective films
 “Best Actor in a Detective film/TV-series”-  best actor performance in a Detective film/TV-series.
Categories:
1. “Hero” (male/female performance)
2. “Villain” (male/female performance)
 “TV-programs and scenarios (all genres) on law-enforcement themes”. 
1. “Terrorism- threat to the world” – struggle against terrorism.
2. “War and Peace” – military service and duty.
3. “Crime and Punishment” – crime fight
4. “World without drugs!” -  struggle against drug traffic.
5. “Dirty Money” – fight against corruption.
6. “Wolves in sheep's clothing”- crimes among officials.
7. “Safety on the Roads” – films and TV-series on traffic security.
In order to submit a film/program to the Festival every participant should send to the Festival Management the Entryform (see www.detectivefest.ru) and a DVD copy of the film/program on address pointed on the Blank.
